“ Best nachos of all time. I asked for extra sour cream and cheese sauce and they were spot on. And so many wings. So many different sauces and I got all flats. Monday night wing special also 1/2 price off. I need to try more wings sauces next time. I will be back and very underrated gem in Philly. The only thing that needs help is bring a great blue cheese because it isn't good. Ranch is a go to . I would give it a 8.3 for the wings and 9.5 for the nachos. The wings would be higher grade but they need blue cheese. It's a must I tell you ”

“ We got delivery from here because we saw good reviews on Grubhub and have heard good things. Thankfully they did not disappoint. The wings were nice and crispy, and the 3 sauces we got were great. We got the bourbon honey mustard, polynesian and harvest apple. We weren't really looking for traditional buffalo and these were all more on the sweet/tangy side. The sauces were great to where I didn't even dip them into anything. The tater tots were good. The seasoning was on the salty side but not overpowering. The Texas toast is a nice size and has a good butter flavor. Overall it was a great meal. I'll definitely go or order. They have so many flavors it's a little overwhelming but that's a good thing, ”

“ Stopped in East coast wings on my way home from work. I got 10 wings mild, bone in, celery and bleu cheese. I also had a delicious fresh side salad with bleu cheese and bacon! . I neglected to take a photo. Everything was great. They cook the wings just the way I like. Crispy on the outside. Their wings are consistently delicious, and good sized. I would go here more, but it's not in the area where I live. The server James H was very good. Prompt, professional, and friendly! He has waited on me before and is always on point! ”

“ I ordered delivery for the first time from here tonight, and I am pleased to say it was delicious! I got the 15 Bone-In wings. 10 had their mild "Bang Bang" flavor, which had a perfect amount of spice and pepper. The other 5 had their "Drunken Apple" flavor, which had a harvest apple BBQ blended with bourbon whisky. I have to say that the wings overall were juicy and delectable! I also ordered the Chicken Avocado Flatbread, another hit! It was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The last thing I ordered was a garden salad. Simple, but it was satisfactory nonetheless. If you'd like a hearty meal from a great wing/grill place, then go on and try East Coast Wings and Grill! ”

“ Love this spot! It's always empty (not sure if that's good for them or not) but I like the laid back vibe. Great place to come grab something quick, dine out with the family or to watch a sports game. I always order the Buffalo shrimp appetizer as my meal because they give you a whole bunch and it's filling.
